1. How do I make a purchase?
Simple! First, become a Vins Boutique member for free via the sign up page. After activating your membership, you can log in and begin clicking on items and adding them to your shopping cart (or to your wishlist if you would like to 'bookmark' items for later purchase). When you are ready, proceed to checkout to select your payment method. A payment receipt will be emailed to you once your payment has been cleared. Your purchase will then be dispatched within 24 hours and a tracking number along with a hyperlink to the shippers website will be emailed to you for your reference.
2. How do I pay?
Customers can pay using any one of the following payment methods:
- Using your credit cards or debit cards through Paypal (Paypal membership NOT required)
- Transfer from your Paypal account to our Paypal account (Paypal membership required)
- Transfer from your bank account to our Australian, Indonesian, or Malaysian bank accounts
3. Is it safe for me to use my credit card to shop at Vins Boutique?
Yes. Vins Boutique employs Paypal to handle all of our credit card payments. Paypal is widely known as the most trusted and used online payment intermediary in the world. For more information, please view the Security section on www.vinsboutique.com or visit www.paypal.com
4. Will my personal information remain confidential when I shop at Vins Boutique?
Absolutely. All Vins Boutique members' personal information will be kept confidential. Only Vins Boutique's directors and selected few employees with the proper authorization have access to our customers' personal information. No other person (members included) can have access to this information. Please refer to our Privacy Statement for more information.
5. Do you wholesale your items?
Yes. Vins Boutique wholesales all of its products. For more information, please go to our wholesale section.
6. When will my purchase arrive?
We use registered airmail (economical and safe) for all postages, which usually takes around one week.
7. Do you offer cheap combined shipping rate?
Yes, please refer to our shipping page for more information
8. Can I exchange or get a refund for purchased items that do not fit me?
Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange or a refund for non-fitting items. Please check the size descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
9. Can I exchange or get a refund for purchased items that are damaged or stained?
Damaged or stained items are highly unlikely as we check all items thoroughly before posting. We package and post all items ourselves without any third party involvement. However, if this does occur, we can offer an exchange for the exact same item or for any similar or higher priced item if we have sold out that particular item. In the case that the exchange is for a higher priced item, the customer will be required to pay the difference in price. Customers will be responsible for any postage fee incurred for sending any items back to us, and we will pay for all postage fees for sending the new items to our customers. Please note that all damaged or stained item claims will require photo evidence to be analysed by our experienced.

11. Do you have a physical shop or showroom?
No. Vins Boutique is an online shop and all transactions are done through our website www.vinsboutique.com
