PREORDER

1. What is preorder?

PREORDER items are items that will only be ordered in once we have received an order and advanced payment from our customers.

2. How does your preorder system works?

a) Firstly, choose the items from the PREORDER section.
b) Fill in our ORDER FORM.
c) Wait for our confirmation on the amount payable (excluding postage cost) to your email.
d) Once paid and the preorder have closed, we will update your order status in CHECK MY ORDER.
e) Please wait for your preorder items to arrive.
f) Finally, we will advise the amount of postage cost payable before we post the preorder items to you
g) We will provide refund if some items is out of stock.

3. How do I pay for preorder?

For preorders, customers can pay using any one of the two following payment methods:

- Transfer from your Paypal account to our Paypal account
- Transfer from your bank account to our Australian, Indonesian, or Malaysian bank accounts

4. When will my preorder arrive?

It will take approximately 18 - 21 days from the preorder session closing date for the items to arrive. We will advise you on any delays.
