Preorder & Ready Stock

1. What is the difference between preorder items and the other items available on this website?

Preorder items are not held in our inventory, where as displayed ready stock items in our website product categories are held in our inventory. Preorder items will only be ordered in once we have received an order and advanced payment from our customers.

2. How do I purchase:

3. How does your preorder system works?

a) Firstly, choose the items from the preorder section.
b) Next, fill in a list of items desired and your personal details into the order form above and click 'submit'.
c) We will respond to the email address you provided with the amount payable (excluding postage cost).
d) Once paid, please wait until after the current preorder session closing date for us to process all current session preorders together.
e) Once all preorders are compiled and submitted, it will take approximately 18 - 21 days for the preorder items to arrive, at which point we will advise you on the availability of the preorder items and give refunds should some items is out of stock.
f) Finally, we will advise the amount of postage cost payable before we post the preorder items to you.

4. How do I pay for preorder?

For preorders, customers can pay using any one of the two following payment methods:

a) Transfer from your Paypal account to our Paypal account (Paypal membership required)
b) Transfer from your bank account to our Australian, Indonesian, or Malaysian bank accounts

5. When will my preorder arrive?

Once all orders are compiled and submitted after the closing date of the current preorder session, it will take approximately 18 - 21 days for the items to arrive.

6. How do I buy ready stock items only?
